Whether you’re a first-time buyer, existing homeowner available equity or you’re retiring or relocating to Florida, you’ll be certain to find a floor plan that will fit your needs and lifestyle with Hibiscus Homes. We offer a variety of award-winning new home designs and an impressive list of standard features.
After years of dedication, we have developed processes and systems that are both efficient and simple. Here are the seven steps toward owning your new Hibiscus Home.
We invite you to see one of our beautiful furnished model homes. While you are there, you'll meet a friendly new home consultant who will show you a variety of floor plans and design options and demonstrate how the quality features included in each of our homes can benefit you!
Your consultant can assist you in completing a simple prequalification application. Our consultants are trained to quickly analyze your situation and help determine your timetable to becoming the owner of one of our beautiful new homes.
Your consultant will ask you for some additional information such as employment and credit history, income debt levels and down payment opportunities The goal is to determine how quickly you can qualify for the best program to fit your needs and qualification level.
Your consultant will help you choose, from the many available plans, the one that best suits your lifestyle, family situation, space requirements and personal preference.
We have home sites available in several Hibiscus Homes communities or in other locations throughout the Central Florida area. Once you select the area, you will also meet with a sales consultant who will assist you in choosing colors and materials from among an array of options. This is completed on site for your convenience in a relaxed and efficient environment and requiring a minimal amount of time.
Once your qualification process is complete and you've selected colors and materials, we will acquire a building permit from the local municipality. Upon receiving the permit, construction will typically take 90 to 120 days (times may vary per location). If you select one of our inventory homes, you can often move in within 30 days or less (times may vary).
Seven days before closing, we arrange a Homeowner Orientation to review your new home. This is done again on the day you close and take possession. At closing, you are delivered the final paperwork, your Homeowner Manual and the keys to your new home. Congratulations on fulfilling your dream!
